Blessing of new School Building

Bacolor, Pampanga, the Philippines, 22 September 2018 -- The Educative –Pastoral Community of Don Bosco Academy-Bacolor gathered together in the morning of September 22, 2018 at the DBA Chapel for the blessing of the new school building with the Provincial Superior of the Philippines-North Province, Fr. Paul Bicomong, SDB presiding over the celebration of the Holy Eucharist and the blessing of the building.
The event was concelebrated by other Salesian priests from other Don Bosco schools and was attended by alumni, parents, students, benefactors and friends of Don Bosco. After the Holy Mass and a short program, Fr. Provincial blessed the renovated campus chapel. It was followed by the wreath laying led by the past Salesian educators of DB-Bacolor.
Fr. Ditto Gueco, SDB, the School Director, gave his Message of Gratitude to everybody who contributed to this monumental success of DBA-Bacolor, even after only its second year of operations. In such a short span of time, a lot have been achieved simply because there are many people who are willing to help and support. The ceremonial ribbon cutting at the lobby of the new building and the blessing of offices and classrooms soon followed.
Words will never be enough to express the gratitude of the whole Educative-Pastoral Community of Don Bosco Academy-Bacolor to those who selflessly and wholeheartedly gave and continue to give their gracious and generous support in the school’s endeavors that will surely benefit the young bosconians’ quest for excellence.
