4540(I)_ASC Thailand - Provincial Congress of the Salesian Cooperators 2017

Sampran, Thailand, 22 October 2017 -- Provincial Congress of Thailand Province was held in Sampran, 21-22 October 2017. More than 30 ASC Provincial councillors and Local councillors gathered together in order to deepen the knowledge on "Guidelines and Indications for the Formation of the Salesian Cooperators" and to evaluate the 3 years plan 2014-2017.

During the Congress were present also many ASC and SDB Delegates and the Salesian Cooperators expressed their gratitude for the long-term serving Delegates as well.

The Association of Salesian Cooperators is now adapting their new Guidelines of Formation based on the four pillars of UNESCO (To know, How to know, How to do, How to do together) and three basic dimensions (Human, Spiritual and Salesian) since last 2015. Together with the new Commentary on the Project of Apostolic Life becomes the main motivation for their inner growth expressed also in their mission of daily life.
