5681(II)_New Hopeful Journey Of New Rector In Don Bosco Bencat Community
“Glory is fleeting, but responsibility is long-lasting”
Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam, 27 August 2021 -- At the same time of the some other communities of Vietnam, at 10am on 15 August 2021, the confreres of Don Bosco Ben Cat community attended the Holy Mass of profession of faith of Fr Joseph Nguyen Duc Tam SDB, new apointed rector of this community. And this was also the celebration of his 25th anniversary of religous vows.
Present in this important event are Fr Nicolas Kieu Long Ho, the former rector who presided the Mass, and other confreres of BenCat House.
In his Homily, the celebrant priest evoked profound meanings of services like Don Bosco who followed Jesus, a Good Shepher. His words inspired new rector and the conferes much.
After the homily, Fr Joseph Nguyen Duc Tam made his profession of faith and renewed his vows in the day of his 25th anniversary of profession.
At the end of mass, Fr. Peter Pham Huy Hoang represented the community to express their gratitude to the former rector and congratulate the new rector. Father Peter left memorable words: “Glory is fleeting but responsibility is long lasting”. May God be with the new rector in his hopeful Journey.
