4451(III)_Vietnam – Korea cultural exchange camp

Dong Thuan, Vietnam, 27 July 2017 -- The two days long Vietnam – Korea cultural exchange camp took place in joyful and friendly atmosphere in the campus of Dong Thuan Don Bosco Vocation Training center on 26-27th July 2017. All together about 300 participants:38 youth and 3 FMA Sisters from Korea enjoyed two days of interaction with more than 250 local Vietnamese youth animated by SDB and FMA communities of Dong Thuan.
We were especially glad for the personal presence of Fr Joseph Quang, Provincial of Salesians Don Bosco Vietnam - Mongolia. Fr. Quang came to share the joy with the young people of two countries and distributed them small gifts.
Although the common language was a challenge, we became soon friends through many cultural performance, joint games and heart language. We wish more occasions of international interaction between the youth of East Asia.
