Gelato italiano now available in Sihanoukville!

SIHANOUKVILLE: 2nd February 2007 -- To the delight of many a child in and around Sihanoukville, and not a few adults too, the Don Bosco Hotel School in the city now has a special production line - gelato italiano.  This innovation has been the dream child of Bro Roberto Panetto, Salesian pioneer in Cambodia.
    On the Feast of Don Bosco the icecream parlour was duly opened for business, but given the nature of this feast day, gelati for the day were on offer for free.  Many guests visited the icecream parlour on that day and the students at the School did a wonderful job serving them all.
    It was 8.15 pm before the last guest was served for the day - and everyone went down to the beach at Sihanoukville for dinner on the beach and a Good Night in true Salesian style to complete the day.  A tired but grateful Bro Roberto has many people to thank in various parts of the world for this dream come true.
