5637(II)_6 Newly Ordained Salesian Priests from the Vice-Province of Myanmar

Anisakan, Pyin Oo Lwin, Myanmar , 26 June 2021 -- On June 24 2021, at 8:00 a.m ocal time, the Vice-Province of Myanmar was blessed with another 6 newly ordained Salesian Priests at the Shrine of Mary Help of Christian in the compound of Nazareth Apostolate School.
The ordination ceremony was solemnly presided over by Archbishop Marco Tin Win (the Archbishop of Mandalay Diocese), concelebrated by Bishop Lucas Dau Ze, SDB (the Bishop of Lashio Diocese, Northern Shan State) and Fr. Bosco Zaya Aung (the Provincial).
Due to Covid-19 restrictions and critically political situation, only the parents of the newly ordained priests and a few faithful nearby were allowed to take part in the ordination ceremony. However, via the Facebook Live Stream, many people around the Globe could virtually follow the event.
All the Salesian Family Members in Myanmar rejoiced over this blessing from the Good Lord for the Salesian Congregation, particularly in this very difficult situation. And we are really grateful to all the novice masters and the formators of different stages, who trained and prepared these 6 new priests through love and sacrifice for many years in the different formation centers of the Salesian Congregation, all over the world.
