Many around the region would have known Michael Egan. We pass this on with our prayerful sympathy.

We have just received the news of the death of Fr. Michael Egan S.D.B. He died in Milford House Nursing Home at about 9 a.m. this morning. He became the first Provincial of the Irish Province when it was established in 1969 and while he had been unwell for some time his death came unexpectedly.
