RMG, 9 January 2017 -- Thanks to the hard work of many translators we have finally the English version of the Rector Major's Strenna Commentary: WE ARE FAMILY! Every home, a school of Life and Love - in our hands. Thanks a lot - sending our thumbs to England! Although some EAO language versions are published (translated from Italian version), most of our local translations are based on English. Now is available on the Boscolink.
Together with the 11 minutes video presentation on the internet (ANS Channel - YOUTUBE) and with the Apostolic Exhortation 'The Joy of Love' written by Pope Francis last year in April is offered to the SDB and the whole Salesian family members for a 'calm and quite reading - with a heart open to dialogue and to an encounter'.
This year are two world level events of the Salesia Family on this topic: next January 19-22 in Rome, Salesianum is held the 35th Salesian Family Spirituality Days focus on the Family focused Strenna. About 370 participants from 27 SF groups are expected to join together with the Rector Major. And finally there is in the preparation 'International Congress Youth Ministry and Family' in Madrid, Spain - November 27 - December 2, 2017. About 20+ participants from the EAO SDB provinces are expected to join.
Together with the whole Catholic community around the world, together with the whole Salesian Family - this year is a good opportunity to walk!
