To speak with
God.....
ANYWHERE: 15 January 2012 -- There's a (brief?)
lull in correspondence, so enjoy the following. Sunday is
about as good a day as any to offer this one!
1. Make sure you have the right prefix - don't just call any
old number.
2. Talking with God is no monologue. Don't do all the
talking. Listen to what He might have to say from the other
end.
3. If the call gets interrupted, check to see if you
were the reason for the line dropping out.
4. Get out of the habit of calling God only for urgent
cases.
5. Don't call God only at reduced tarriff times (like the
weekend) but call him for a minute or two on a regular
basis, like every day.
6. Remember that calls to God cost nothing - they are at His
expense.
7. Check to see if God has left you a message on Voice mail.
8. N.B., if you have followed the above, but still find
communication difficult, or it drops out, then turn to the
Holy Spirit. He can help you re-establish communications.
9. If your device is no longer working, you can bring it in
for repair - Sacrament of Penance.
10. Your account is open and
free for a lifetime.
