Holy Father,
On this joyful occasion of your birthday, I offer you my warmest wishes, accompanied by
heartfelt prayers and deep gratitude to God for the gift of your life and ministry.
We live in a world marked by fragmentation, wounded by wars, tested by globalisation
and religious indifference. Yet, guided by your motto "IN ILLO UNO UNUM", you are a
prophetic voice, calling the Church and humanity to unity, peace and a renewed faith in Christ.
Together with our confreres and the great Salesian Family, I pray that the Lord will
continue to bless you with wisdom, courage and strength to lead the Church and the world on the
path of peace, unity and unshakeable trust in the Risen Lord.
