Bio: Fr. Rafael Borges works in Rome as part of the Salesian Youth Ministry Council for
the Salesian Congregation. Part of his work is to accompany the youth ministry
delegates in the American Continent. Fr. Rafael also has been teaching about St. John
Bosco in the continent for over 10 years. He has facilitated the first Pastors meeting in
the Inter-­American region. He has a great knowledge in what it means to be a Salesian
Parish.
