Tokyo, Japan, 27 April 2021 -- On April 25, 2021, ASC Japan welcomed new members on World Day of Prayer for Vocations. The gathering began with the Holy Eucharist presided by the Provincial Fr. Hamaguchi and was concelebrated by Fr. Paul Nobuyuki Tamura, the ASC Provincial Delegate. Due to the trying times with the present COVID - 19 situation, the number of the participants was limited. Yet it was a moment of joy for our province, wherein four people (1 man and 3 women) made their first Promise.

The General Assembly is usually held in April, with its fiscal and scholastic year beginning this month.

Also keeping in mind our Salesian Strenna 2021, inviting us to be moved by hope. Our 4 ASC new members are a sign of hope as we grow and glow as a Province. May the protection of Mary Help of All continue to be with these 4 new members.
