Valdocco, 8 January 2019 -- The traditional January Salesian Family Spirituality Days are coming soon. This year, due to the WYD (World Youth Day) in Panama, January 22-27 the whole event is being anticipated for the second week of January (10-13), again in Valdocco, Turin. As usual, the Strenna of the current year is the main theme of the SF Days - 'Holiness For You, Too!'

The four day spiritual formation event will involve the Rector Major, Fr Ángel F. Artime, his Council and 300 Salesian Family members coming from most of the 31 SF groups from all continents. There will be top inputs (Fr Aldo Giraudo) and much sharing of experience, open forums, panel discussions and group workshop. Taking advantage of the venue in Valdocco, there will be a guided tour around the 'Valdocco-Holiness' spots. The hosting province ICP (Piedmont - Valle D'Aosta) will contribute with a musical Gio' on the last evening (Saturday, January 12).

Even if you are not able to join the Rector Major in Turin, you can follow most of the SF Spirituality days on http://salesianfamilydays.com/?lang=en and LIVE streaming on the ANS Facebook pages.

As has been the case for the past few years, there will not be many participants from the EAO region, just the consistent presence of 10 Caritas Sisters of Jesus (CSJ) coming from all of their provinces and vice-provinces, and the ever-faithful SIHM Sisters (Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary) from Thailand.
