Parañaque City, Philippines, September 14, 2015 — During the community mass on the evening of the Feast of the Exaltation of the Cross, Fr. Anthony Paul Bicomong, SDB, Provincial Superior of the FIN, instituted nine new lectors and thirteen new acolytes in the Chapel of Seminaryo ng Don Bosco.
